An amusement park provides entertainment for young and old. In each park you will find exciting rides such as: roller coasters, big wheels and bumper cars, to name but a few. There are also food stalls selling corn dogs, hamburgers, candy apples and funnel cakes. The park will also have gamestalls. You'll be working and travelling with many fellow South Africans in groups ranging from 30 to 100, some of whom have been working there for two years or longer. The parks or carnivals (as they are also known) are always a buzz of activity with music playing and lights flashing till late at night. Each park relocates on average once a week to another town. Life in an amusement park is not a Hollywood movie, but still very exciting and fun.
